My custom dog collars, leashes, clothing and tags are handmade for you once you place your order. My current turnaround time is posted at the top of the homepage. This time frame may be extended during peak holiday season, so I recommend ordering ahead of time when ordering gifts. This time frame does not include shipment time.
Shipment tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships from our studio.
US Postal Service - First Class or Priority Mail.
International shipments will ship via the US Postal Service or via UPS.
Please note that You Had Me at Woof is not responsible for customs and duties fees from other countries. Please check with your local post office about any of these fees that may be incurred.
I take stand behind the quality of my products. I inspect each order before it is shipped. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify me within 30 business days if you would like a return. A $6 restocking fee will apply to size returns. Returns will not be accepted for balloons, dog treats, custom orders or collars with aluminum buckles. Hand wash with mild detergent in cold water. Add white vinegar if staining is present. Rinse in cold water and hang dry.
My dog collars are made with either scuff resistant grosgrain trim or soft woven trim sewn atop durable nylon webbing. Grosgrain trim is a polyester trim characterized by its ribbed appearance. Images are thermally transferred onto the trim, allowing for the tiniest of details to be captured in the design. My designer grosgrain trim is specially made to be scratch resistant. Because it is so strong, grosgrain was traditionally used throughout history in the hems of clothing. It is also used in millinery.
Woven trim is also made from polyester. Woven on a loom, the design for this trim is incorporated into the weave. Because the designs are essentially made from fiber, there is some limitation on the size of the images being woven into the trim.
Both grosgrain and woven trim are extremely durable and offer superior fade resistance.
