If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. Returns must be in new and unused condition and be in the original packaging with all tags attached. You should expect to receive your full refund within 5-12 days of giving your package to the carrier. All packages being returned to You Had Me at Woof from outside of the USA must be marked on the OUTSIDE of the box as "Return of Merchandise" to avoid additional taxes, customs/duties and brokerage fees.Each dog collar is handmade. This means that not every one will be exactly the same. Pattern placement may vary on my collars, leashes and fabric items. If an item has a legitimate defect, I will replace it for you as long as I have more available. All dog collars, leashes and bandanas are blessed before shipment.
